Stall Type (All Types are limited, this form is for an application we will CONFIRM availability upon submission)

All stalls are 6ft x 3ft  providing your own tables, gazebos and stand equipment. Limited power available.

No refunds for no shows or cancellations. The March hare (event organiser) holds no responsibility to you or your goods and equipment.

Fees must be paid by transfer (details below) within 7 days of your booking being confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse applications not because we don't love what you do but we are attempting to balance what is available and avoid repetition where we can. Food or drink stalls aiming to be consumed onsite will be strictly limited, as we are providing this ourselves. Food &/or Drink Stalls that aim to be consumed OFF site are encouraged. You will recieve an email to confirm your registration and next steps only once the ORGANISER HAS APPROVED BY CALL / TEXT / EMAIL that the stand is accepted.
