In 2023, we launched our first on wheels catering service with an Airstream trailer at the the beautiful Grimsthorpe Castle, just off the A151 near Bourne. With a passion for great food and service, it was the perfect opportunity to bring out hospitality to the outdoors.

Offering a welcoming and relaxing environment, we pride ourselves on freshly prepared seasonal food.

Wether you're grabbing a coffee while meeting friends, enjoying a tasty pit stop bring, or visiting as part of a group exploring the Castle grounds, you'll always receive a warm welcome from The March Hare team. With free parking and easy access before the ticket hut office, it's an ideal place to visit. DOgs are welcome both inside and outside - but must be on leads at all times.

We are proud of our continued 5* star rating and we strive  to deliver first class service from a stunning   Airstream trailer. We are a small, passionate team and aim to accommodate all dietary requirements where possible - please let us know in advance so we can do our best to assist you during your visit.

This year were proud to use a more field-to-fork approach , using locally sources ingredient's to create delicious, seasonal dishes. Much of our meat comes directly from the estate it's self beef, venison & lamb. Amy and her husband Brett the estates wild life ranger, have joined forces to develop mouth watering recipes using Grimsthorpe's own venison and other high quality produce. This hands on, sustainable approach allows us to offer food with low carbon foot print full traceability, and exceptional taste. ​

We also serve a selection of freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, buffets and afternoon tea dishes.  We also offer off site catering to all events and Refrigerated and Freezer Trailer Hire.
